Join my Free 21 day Mindfulness Challenge  Start date May 16, 2015

After returning from an extremely heart-centered adventure in Bali, I have been reveling in the learning and insight I gained on what ‘presence and mindfulness’ looks like as a way of life.I have also been taking part in a program through the University of California Berkeley called the ‘Science of Happiness’ and we are studying about mindfulness, which is very timely! I want to try practicing some of the simple yet powerful mindful techniques to practice strengthening this muscle, and would love it if any of you would join my community to try on this new learning along with me. Each day we will receive a short email with an idea we can incorporate into our day, and then there is an opportunity for us to share our learning and inspiration with each other. I think it will be fun, and it will be interesting to see what the result will be at the end of the 21 days. If you are interested, let me know and I’ll add you to the mailing list designed for this challenge. It’s free and should prove to be totally fun.
