How often do you take time out to celebrate where you are in your life at this very moment?
Sometimes we travel through life, chasing one moving target after the other, and we can forget to take time to really celebrate how far we have come.
Giving ourselves the gift of celebratory time not only feels good, it can have a way of putting things in perspective. When we step outside of our full lives for a moment and pause to reflect on our life journey, we often get that recharge to move forward in a way that feels more joyful, present and full of gratitude for everything we do have.
There are many ways we can celebrate: with friends and loved ones, enjoying a special ritual that is personally meaningful, or just giving ourselves a well-deserved pat on the back and celebratory “Wahoo!” for being alive and amazing as you are.
What can you do today to celebrate exactly where you are?
