When our bodies are well-fueled and rested, it is more natural to feel happy and balanced.
Hydration is such a powerful way to keep our minds and bodies happy. Drinking fresh water throughout the day helps to avoid that mid-day mental fog and crash – not to mention feeling energized. One tip I have found helpful is to carry around a very large bottle of water and to set a timer on my smart phone every hour as a reminder to drink up and hydrate my body. If it feels like a fit for you, pay attention to your water intake today and see what happens if you stay hydrated all day long. Have an awesome day!
