Fall in Love with Your Life, One Week at a Time Kickstarter Campaign

I’m getting set to publish my book: Fall in Love With Your Life, One Week at a Time. This book is based on the Weekly Confidence Booster Series I ran for 52 weeks in 2014. I am so excited to share this finished project with everyone, it is intended to help expand self-care, self-awareness and self-love. I’m equally excited to be running my first Kickstarter campaign so I can do a HUGE print run in order to share the book out with as many people as possible. Check out the video above to learn more about the book and kickstarter.

Here is a little bit more about the book:

Fall in Love With Your Life, One Week at a Time is more than a book. It is a weekly practice that will support you in loving yourself and your life—as it is.

Explore compassion, gratitude, facing fears, creating clear goals, self-acceptance, giving back, strengthening your inner bond, dropping judgments, expanding your ideas about what is possible, and much more.

The experience is yours by design, and at the end of each week’s conversation starter, there is space for self-reflection and creating personalized meaning on your journey to loving the life you are living.
