Joyful Habits

Enjoy the Little Things

What brings you joy? What if everything we want, is already right in front of us? Could all of the searching and striving we do be causing us to miss the point of it all?

When we take a look around and truly see and appreciate all that life is offering us, we open up to receive everything that is so amazing.

Life doesn’t have to be complicated. We can spend our days taking in the simple pleasures and enjoying life in this way.

When life feels hard and joy seems far away, it’s a powerful indicator we are missing the point. The great news – it’s not hard to get back to enjoying life as it’s intended to be enjoyed.

We can start by opening our eyes and seeing the beauty and magnificence in our surroundings. It is everywhere in all of the things, big and small. We can also look for it in the people we come into contact with. People are amazing in so many different ways.

The easiest place to access this experience and feeling of awe, is to see the beauty and truth of who we are. Look inside, who we are in all of our joy is always there. When you see that truth, it’s just a matter of continuing to be who you are and appreciating how amazing you are in all of your many ways.

What might change for you, if you chose to see the many different reasons and evidence of why life is amazing and why you are perfect exactly as you are?
