Choosing a Daily Self-Care Practice

What might change if you started each day with a self-care practice?

Each morning is an opportunity to start fresh and begin a daily practice of our choosing. Regardless of circumstance, we have our spirit, our mind and our values. With those things firmly in place, we each have the choice to experience our life, our day and the moments in our day through a lens of our choosing.

By approaching each day as a new practice, it can sometimes feel more doable to set that intention and choose a lens that feels good, one that is joyful and loving. Today I choose joy. I am setting this intention as a way to remember that I have choice in how I experience everything in my day. I get to see joy, experience joy and allow joy into my view to transform the moments throughout, even the hard ones if I decide.

What lens will you choose for YOUR day?
