Celebrating Grateful Jake with a Valentine’s Gratitude Activity

Celebrating Grateful Jake and Valentine’s Day ❤

We are grateful that our ‘Grateful Jake’ plaque celebrating it’s honorable mention finally arrived. The real Jake was quite pleased with it and helped me hang it on the wall.

Here is a Gratitude Activity from the Grateful Jake Resource Guide you can do with your family, or adapt to do on your own. It would make a great Valentine’s day Activity ~ Enjoy!
