An invitation to Caring for Our Caregivers Week FREE Online Event!

It is with great joy, I invite each of you to join in the Caring for our Caregivers Free Online Event.

Whether you’re a professional caregiver, or have stepped up to look after a friend or family member who needs you, we recognize that sometimes what you need is a helping hand, a hug, and a day off to charge your batteries. That’s where we come in!

The WellthyLiving.ca Team has brought together an amazing group of 15 caregivers and health professionals to share tips, facilitate online workshops, and connect you with the tools and resources you need to survive and thrive as a compassionate caregiver. And it’s all happening in a totally online format so you can participate from wherever you want, whenever your schedule allows!

I am thrilled and honoured to be presenting a workshop on Self-Care – How to avoid burnout and practical tips to make self-care a priority.

Our lineup includes sessions on taking care of yourself, building support networks, making memories, family advocacy, fall prevention and more!

Caring for Our Caregivers Week takes place from March 20-27, 2017.

Self-Care has certainly become a practice that has helped me experience more balance and gratitude in my full life. I would love to see everyone from my community benefit from the wisdom and practical tools that will be shared during the online Caring for our Caregivers event.

Hope to see you there! xo Emily
