Whether it is in your thoughts, words, actions or all three. See how you feel by injecting more kindness into your day. When we lead our day with kindness as our intention and goal, we not only feel a bit more peaceful inside of ourselves, we can also change the trajectory of someone else’s day.

Sharing a smile to people you share space with can go a really long way, though it may not seem obvious at the time. I believe that when we begin truly seeing others around us for their humanness, it becomes more natural to be kind. When we step outside of the stories and thoughts running through our minds and really start to notice the people and world around us, life has a way of feeling magical.

There are so many ways to spread kindness. A smile is never wasted, neither is a kind word, helping hand, or spontaneous show of appreciation for the special people in our lives. The way we deliver our kindness is completely unique to each of us and we get to have creative license in how that looks.
