We all have an inner voice, intuition, a guidance system, or whatever you prefer to call it. When we go through our day being mindful of what our inner voice is telling us or showing us, new ways of seeing the world and experiencing the day begin to unfold. I believe our unique inner guidance system and person we truly are at our core will always strive to navigate us on the path that leads to happiness and joy -our only job is to look…listen…and believe. When we start to really notice our environment, when we listen to what our inner voice is urging us to do and when we trust that voice – to believe in what is possible -life begins to flow with more ease and joy.
This morning I was on my morning run, and I was really present and feeling grateful to get to enjoy the opportunity to be in fresh air and all alone with my thoughts and inspirations. I was day dreaming about possibilities and hopes for the future like I love to do while I am running. When it seemed that out of nowhere popped these letters on the side of a trail I have literally run by hundreds of times: Believe in Your Dreams. I may have glanced at these words before but never really took them in or the message behind them like I did this morning.
Inspiration and evidence of everything that is so wonderful about life, can always be found when we want to see it. Enjoy your day and see what happens if you play for a bit by looking, listening and believing in what your inner voice is urging you to see.
