When we shine light on what is going well, it has a way of shifting our perspective and providing hope and ideas for next steps on the path to our dreams, goals and desires. Small consistent steps are what lead to Big Dreams. Illuminating our path helps to give us clues as to which direction feels right for us and where we most want to go. The more we focus on what already brings us joy, the more we grow our level of fulfillment in life.
