How free is your spirit? Do you let it show for others to enjoy, or do you keep it safe and share it only with a select group of people?

Imagine what it might feel like to give yourself permission to be yourself in all of your brightness. To never feel as though there are parameters on who you can share your true self with.

To be oneself in our fullest form is a freeing feeling. It is loving who we are with all of our quirks and imperfections, and never making apologies for any of it. It is releasing the fear that others may not accept us and instead being okay with the fact that others won’t accept us – that is okay! This isn’t a popularity contest and we aren’t here to win over everyone we come into contact with. It’s okay if others don’t get us, what matters is that we get ourselves.

When we let our spirit free, we are saying to ourselves that we accept and love ourselves. If anyone else hops on board and chooses to see who we really are and accept us, then that’s cool too. We receive the real gift when we give ourselves permission to see who we are and then choose to fully be who we are.

How might you free your spirit and fully step into the expression of who you are?
