Looking for some Inspiration? Here you will find a confidence booster for each week of the year by Emily Madill. Simple ideas to help you feel good about who you are and give you a little boost in your day.

I wrote these weekly confidence boosters as part of a year-long pilot project I conducted in 2014 to help inspire people to look inward at their relationships with themselves.  It began as a series of weekly essays designed to help others find their passion for self-love, but soon I found myself swept up by the exciting project of discovering myself.

These essays later were compiled into a BOOK and successful Kickstarter called: Fall in Love With Your Life, One Week at a Time, and later became the E-Course: Fall in Love With Life, and a movement: Love Your Life Community.
