What sorts of thoughts do you fill your mind with? Imagine setting out to create a beautiful space in your mind – a space that’s filled with thoughts of joy, and void of thoughts that cause suffering.
What we think about on a regular basis has an enormous impact on our lives: how we feel; what we continue to believe; how we perceive ourselves and others; and our overall view on life.
If we feel stuck and things feel hard, it’s as easy as spending a bit of time focusing in on the tenor of our thoughts to see the pattern and notice where there may be room to change.
When we remove the clutter of thoughts that lead us to pain, we free our minds up. We then have room to spend our energy creating the most beautiful experience of life imaginable.
We are all creators and each of us holds the key to free our minds and fill our minds with thoughts that see the good in life. We are in the driver’s seat here and we can with practice give life to thoughts that see the light in others around us. We can create thoughts that encourage us to be eager and thirsty to experience every facet of life. Giving ourselves this gift on a daily basis is the recipe to feeling deep gratitude for the opportunity to be alive.
